Saturday, great on the exercise, not so much on the food.
I went thrift shopping with a friend yesterday, and while we were out (and before we left) I was doing great. I even turned down a cookie! Lunch was great; I had the sweet onion chicken teriyaki with Baked Lays for lunch, with a diet coke: 10 WW points. That was awesome.
Then I got home. I went a little crazy. The tomatoes weren't so bad: they're 0 points! But did I really need bread and butter? I must have been craving it something awful, because that was an awfully strange choice, even for me!
A mid-week weigh-in shows me up a little less than a pound, but I'm hoping to turn that around the next three days. I got my step aerobics in today; I didn't finish the workout again, but I got further than I did Wednesday before I was wiped!
Today's challenge: grocery shopping! I'll have to scrounge up a reasonable lunch before I go, but we're out of food so I guess that's a second challenge!
